- Major areas of counts can include Central Stores, Theatres, ICU/ITU, Diagnostic Imaging, Wards, Phlebotomy, Consulting Rooms, Physiotherapy and more.
- We also independently check consignment levels and report back to management any discrepancies.
- Any expired or short dated stock is removed, valued separately and returned to management.

- We provide stocktaking solutions to:

- All stocktaking reports are broken down into locations, so we can provide

We offer full counts for surgeries and medical centre’s on all stock held in surgeries as well as for dispensing doctors who have a full dispensary.

Asset registers can be checked against company records and the data updated. If required we can create a new register from scratch.

Training
Stock can be one of the biggest assets purchased directly by staff. Therefore stock ordering, lead times, rotation and excess holding are some of the key points we cover in our training courses.

Consignment Levelling
It’s crucial to keep track of consignment levels and usage. Supplier contracts require specific storage, rotation and tracking to ensue consigning stock is advantageous. We can include this in our hospital stocktakes, as well as offer the service to manufacturers and suppliers.

Our audit solutions can be used strategically to help identify and tackle a stock management complication. Some clients choose to have only key movement areas counted between full stocktakes.
